Established in 1999 the South Florida Jet-together was created as an opportunity for the flyers of Remote Control jet type aircraft to show off their aircraft and flying abilities in a safe and controlled environment. Some of the Nations best R/C Jet pilots attend this event regularly finding the casual atmosphere an enjoyable outlet for practicing for the more competitive National and International Jets events held throughout the year.
Organized and developed by AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) Contest Director Jack Goldfarb, this annual event has grown to be one of the most popular Jet events in the South Florida area. This annual event is sanctioned by the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
